The Republican National Committee has an affiliate program at Commission Junction that pays 30% of a referred commission up to $30. That said, it appears it is run by people who don't understand affiliate programs. They don't allow paid search affiliates and have limited creative. They also aren't very responsive to e-mails and whatnot... Personally, I think it's too bad they don't have an actively managed program because it'd be fun and an interesting twist to the typical affiliate program.

Well .... Thank You ... for picking up on this. I had not planned to write about that idea - it just came to me as I was writing the post.

I had the same concerns you do...but the process already is so messed up...in a way, why not reward people who send traffic - spend some of the campaign money THAT WAY.

Well, we'll see what happens...who knows?

Thanks again for mentioning it.
