I was pretty nearsighted and, while I had complications, I'd do it over again (but maybe choose different timing). Anyway, over the last 7 years there's been a very slight regression, but I still see well enough not to wear glasses except, maybe when I paint or go to an art gallery -where I'd like a little bit more "sharpness" then I'm getting.
