It’s pretty simple –users text questions to ASKME upon which a panel of experts research the question and then text back an answer. The whole thing takes a matter of minutes and so far, all answers have been on point. Ironically, all this hoopla about 2.0 and user generated content is making me wonder, "where have all the experts gone?"
