Sorry I missed meeting you when you visited NYC recently - maybe next time.  I found this post on driving traffic to your site or blog during a holiday to be a great post and great take off point to some of my other ideas on the subject.   It seems to me you nailed it on the head with Holiday traffic as things do slow down - esp in some types of businesses (that are sesional based anyway).
