It's most awesome power lies with it's integration into gmail. It already shows signs of this by offering to add a meeting to one of the emails i've sent specifying a date for a meeting. Outlook holds my calendar and contact info. Plaxo synchs all of it between home and work and finds duplicates. I think google calendar is cool, but it needs to be pulled out of the web 2.0 realm and into the "I use it everyday because it works seamlessly with my other stuff" realm.
