I also wonder, if they will integrate it into Basecamp - and how, not an easy task (thinking of Writeboard in Basecamp, still not 100% seamless). But nevertheless: it is a great thing to see chat at a new level, completely integrated in the browser and easy to handle. And it is definitely a great tool for interviews.
