BMW is Busted by Google

February 6, 2006 10:45 pm / Leave a Comment / Pat McCarthy

In maybe the first high profile company being banned by Google, BMW has been given a PageRank of zero and blacklisted. Google senior engineer Matt Cutts let everyone know about it on his blog. I’m glad to see Google is getting serious about it, and isn’t only targeting the silent spammers out there.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes before they’re let back in.
